Is this scenario familiar?

You walk into Best Buy and ask a 'geek squad' guy, "Are you honest?"
His response: "Ummm, let me check on that."
He returns: "We have a sale on HPs!"

You tell them your computer won't boot and your data is important and to please save it. You get it back without your data.
You cry.

You bring it to us in despair.   We tell you yeah we can probably get most of it back. What's your most important data? We ask.
You say, "You mean pictures?" We say, sure, like pictures.   You say, "Yes! My Pictures! Pleeease!"   We get it back.   
A  few might be missing but most are probably retrieved.
